Really, whatever you’d like to use is fine. :3 Since I am male physically, male pronouns are the ones people “should” use when referring to me, but honestly it doesn’t really matter to me.
What are emotions as we know them exactly? Are they only a feeling? Are they something we’re taught to perceive? I ask myself stuff like that a lot too.
Sometimes, I wonder if I’ve ever really felt…anything. I can stare at something sad and not feel a thing, have someone tell me how they hate me or how I hate them and I don’t seem to care, see something that should make me happy and it just…doesn’t.
These times don’t usually last long, usually only when I’m tired and just don’t want to bother with anything, but it makes me wonder. What if that’s how I really am? Do I only “feel” because I’ve been taught to by my parents? Taught how to feel joy, feel sorrow, feel rage? Am I really just…hollow?
Nah, I know that’s not really too. When I listen to a good song like this one and…I want to cry. Something about this song, the vocals, the tone, the feelings it does bring up from that beautiful line of video games just makes me wanna cry. Weird for someone who was just wondering if they were hollow inside, huh?
In the end though, it’s just food for thought. What is the measure of emotions? What is the measure of a heart? Is it just the mind and memories? Or is it something that’s ingrained into our heart and souls?
Jeez, I need to get off my Kingdom Hearts kick, I’m talking like Sora now when Namine is obviously the best character.

You know that time at night where everything is quiet? When you’ve just laid down but haven’t yet gone to sleep? That ten, fifteen, twenty minutes where all you can hear is your own mind?
I hate that time of night.
